REAR: ONE Sycamore (T1)(ht.10m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT and RADIUS by 2m to ht.8m and r.3m, CROWN LIFT to 3-4m above ground level by removing the 3 small basal stems. Reason: to improve light conditions to the rear garden. Informative A: the amended proposal to retain sycamore (T1) with crown reduction is hugely appreciated for amenity and the environmental benefits which the tree provides.Informative B: where possible please use cut branches in the garden to create habitat log piles, and/ or a linear 'dead hedge' for wildlife and biodiversity.The Council raises no objection to the following AMENDED tree works to retain the rear sycamore (T1) with crown reduction (not fell), as agreed in applicant's email 6 April 2023:
