Reason: to allow reinstatement of the boundary fence, stump has extensive internal decay and cavity formation.Informative A: it is understood Peabody's carried out the felling of the Lombardy poplar.Peabody's consent will be required to carry out removal of the section of stump on their Roundel Close property.
