Replacement with 2 copper beech along the frontage with Lee Terrace as agreed in tree notice DC/22/127533 to maintain streetscape amenity, setting of the hospital buildings and the treed landscape character of this part of the Blackheath conservation area. Informative A: the two replacement copper beech trees for horse chestnut (T18) along the site frontage with Lee Terrace, as previously agreed ref DC/22/127533 and replacement trees for birch (T6) and cherry (T13) agreed in agents email 13/03/2023 are greatly appreciated for streetscape amenity, the treed character of the site and this part of the Blackheath conservation area. Informative B: the retention of safe standing timber from T18,T6,T13, and creation of habitat log piles on site is hugely welcomed for wildlife habitat and biodiversity.
