Reason: to manage within the garden setting and retain the treed landscape character of Waller Road rear gardens and setting of Rowan House and Myrtle House flats on Erlanger Road to the rear.Informative A: the amended management to retain the tree is greatly appreciated for rear landscape amenity, urban forest canopy/urban greening, wellbeing, wildlife, environmental benefits such as improving air quality and to mitigate the climate and biodiversity emergencies.
