Reason: to reinvigorate growth, reshape crown, highway clearance. FRONT: ONE Red Hawthorn (T2)(ht.5m) CROWN THIN by 30% (maximum), LATERAL REDUCE by 1.5m from 4.5m to 3m on SE compass point over pavement.
