Reason: to continue current cyclical regime of crown reduction to previous points at ht.12m, to retain branch framework and visual amenity of re-established crown from historic pollard, T4 is one of a line of 4x limes, ht.16m which are visually significant to streetscape amenity.Informative A: the sensitive management of the tree for streetscape amenity, urban forest canopy, wellbeing, wildlife and environmental benefits is greatly appreciated.Informative B: where possible please use arisings in the garden to create habitat wood piles, and/ or a linear 'dead hedge' for wildlife and biodiversity.
