REAR: ONE multi-stemmed Sycamore (T3) (ht:5.2m) FELL and replace. Reason: to remove the influence of the tree on the underlying clay to the rear additions of 1 & 3 Chalsey Rd, in mitigation of structural issues with differential foundation movement.Informative A: the voluntary replacement tree planting on a 1:1 basis (p.3 PRI letter 03/01/2023) is hugely welcomed to maintain urban greening and urban forest canopy - suggest selection from NHBC low water demand species such as mulberry, laburnum, holly, fig, elder, magnolia. Informative B: please create habitat log piles from cut timber and/or lay cut branches between stakes on site as linear 'dead hedge' for wildlife and biodiversity.
