Modification of S106 linked to Planning Application LW/21/0729 - to fix a drafting error in Clause 7 of Schedule 3 of the Section 106 Agreement which refers to clause 12 erroneously but should refer to clause 13, the definition of Chargee is not acceptable with current standards of lenders for charging the units at Market Value Subject to, tenancies and as such it is the intention to update the definition so as to be acceptable
