T1, Horse Chestnut - This tree has a TPO new homeowner has lodged a complaint with Marstons regarding the overhang from tree, it is not advisable to cut back to the boundary line, this would be poor arboricultural practice and would not be approved by the LPA. Pruning work to clear the house was carried out on this tree in Sept 2022 so LPA may not allow further works. - Crown reduce by 1-2m to leave balanced crown, remove lower epicormic growth. T2, Sycamore - Cut back from outbuilding to give 2m clearance to prevent further damage. G1, Fruit trees - Remove deadwood and crown lift to 1m above ground level.
