The work proposed is to be carried out on behalf of Riverside which is the removal of one Ash tree on the plot of land on the corner of Shades Close/Spinney Court and Winston Avenue. This has been marked as T1 on the map provided. The Ash tree has been recommended for removal due to the tree's declining state and the target potential due to the tree's close proximity to the road. It is also within close proximity to BT cables. The stem would be felled to ground level in accordance with BS 3998:2010.
