The tree in question is identified as Tree 1 in the report by David Archer Associates and is marked as such on the full site plan. We (including Mr Mulvey) would like to remove the tree completely. In the TPO of 1975 the species and number of trees are not specified and are generally referred to as "the trees in area A3". The trees are in fact Wellingtonia - a form of Sequoia.
