The Screening Request Statement is supported by the above technical assessments and surveys which have heavily influenced the design/ route of the proposed pipeline and set out where mitigation measures will be implemented to avoid any potential adverse impacts on the environment. It is therefore considered that the proposed pipeline does not comprise EIA Development and that no Environmental Statement is required.
