Variation of condition 2 (SuDS) attached to planning permission 20161878 (Construction of two storey residential care home (8 beds) (Class C2) (Amended plans)) to amend Condition 2 of the permission to the wording as follows "The Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS) must be carried out in accordance with the approved report dated 03/09/2025, prepared by Create Consulting Engineers Ltd. The drainage scheme must be implemented within 9 months of the date of this decision notice. The system shall be retained and maintained thereafter. (To reduce surface water runoff and to secure other related benefits in accordance with policy CS02 of the Core Strategy.)"
