Variation of conditions 2 (SuDS)) attached to planning permission 20161878 (Construction of two storey residential care home (8 beds)(Class C2)); to amend Condition 2 of the permission to the wording as follows: "2. The Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS) must be carried out in accordance with the approved plans dated 24/09/2024, and document dated 20/09/2024, prepared by Peak District Drain Jetting. The drainage scheme must be implemented within 9 months of the date of this decision notice. The system shall be retained and maintained thereafter. (To reduce surface water runoff and to secure other related benefits in accordance with policy CS02 of the Core Strategy.)"
