Variation of condition 6 (Approved Plans) attached to planning permission 20220783 (Change of use of first floor store ancillary (Class E) to three flats (2x1 bed, 1x studio) (Class C3) ); construction of single storey extension and two dormer windows at front; alterations) to revise the proposed plans and elevations with the following changes: 1) Flats entrance and bin / cycle stores to be repositioned to the North elevation (Tudor Road). 2) Proposed dormers to the West elevation to be replaced with new rooflights due to the presence of the large existing steel beams. 3) changes to internal layout.
