NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 25/02855/FU Relates to phase 1b (Public House), to make further minor alterations to this element of the approved scheme. This consists of replacing the proposed green roof with stone ballast. Retention of brick dentil detailing at gutter level on the existing building. Retention of the stone band between ground and first floor levels. Reconfiguration of the window arrangement to the new build west elevation from three bays to four. Specifying a new zone for the signage above the entrance door to the east elevation.
