Description

Erection of new sports clubhouse and changing rooms and associated landscaping works - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 22/05951/FU - Amendments to the roof design and materials used on the sports club. This change will increase the roof pitch from 12 degrees to 25 degrees, resulting in a change in a slight change in elevation of approximately 1.47 metres. As a result of this we are now proposing an alternative material and now intend to use a 'Danum Tile Dark Grey' for the roof. The other materials will consist of: - Walls: Marshalls Marwick blue brick and Off white render. The doors and windows are remaining the same
