Description

Replacement of liquid bitumen and single ply membrane roof coverings to two existing flat roof structures with new, tapered insulation and built-up bitumen felt capping sheets; raising of parapet wall by 300mm and top new raised parapet wall in new PPC aluminium capping; replacement of existing roof mounted AHU's with two new roof mounted AHU's and new supply and extract ducting to suit mechanical plant designs; temporary scaffold hoarding to weatherproof both roofs during the works NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 25/01486/FU 2 storey roof perimeter wall height to be increased by 2 no. courses (150mm) from original proposal. Flat aluminium cladding, PPC colour RAL 7016 to replace removed lead cladding, in the same location. Flat aluminium cladding, PPC colour RAL 7106 to replace lead cladding above entrance canopy roof. Existing wiremesh fencing to single storey roof area (south elevation) to be replaced with matching fencing but external posts now to be faced fixed to masonry wall below. New PV arrangement to 2 storey roof.
