Change of use of dwelling house to residential care; internal alterations and insertion of new rooflights to the rear - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 24/06728/FU - We wish to make a change to Condition 3 of the approval letter that states : 'The number of residents in care on the site, at any one time, shall not exceed three, and the care home staffing numbers on site at any one time shall not exceed two (except for the change over period of 30 minutes).'to 'The number of residents in care on the site, at any one time, shall not exceed three. A minimum of two care staff and one manager shall be present on-site at all times. On occasions such as staff changeover, training, supervision, or team meetings, the total number of staff on-site shall not exceed nine, and such occasions shall be limited to no more than once per month between the hours of 10:00 - 14:00.'
