Highway improvements, including enhanced shared cycle/footways and landscaping - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 21/06251/FU - The Applicant has sought the discharge of planning condition 5 (planning reference 25/01963/COND/SW) which requires details of the tie in to the Doncaster Monkbridge development. Condition 5 references General Arrangement plan HGN-SK-CH-0001 Rev P01.1 which had anticipated the replacement of Wellington Road footbridge. However, Wellington Road is now to be retained with works limited to ramp resurfacing and additional lighting. Therefore, General Arrangement plan HGN-SK-CH-0001 Rev P01.1 is now replaced with General Arrangement plan HGN-SK-CH-0001 Rev P01.2 to show the bridge being retained.
