NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 24/01418/FU This Non-material amendment seeks to amend condition 3 in response to some detailed design changes to phase 1 of the development. This seeks to introduce LED lighting around the roofline of the building and an amendment to the south elevation to replace three glazed spandrels with cladding panels.
