Description

New community sports hub with three floodlit artificial grass pitches enclosed by metal ball-stop fencing. A one storey pavilion building containing changing facilities, a community cafe, reception area and meeting rooms with associated car parking and landscaping works are also proposed, including two new children's play areas and demolition of existing pavilion. NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 20/00320/FU The amount of timber cladding to the front elevation is to be reduced and replaced with a dark brick, timber being retained only in the entrance area. The Green Roof is to be omitted for an Aluminium Standing Seem roof. The Design of the entrance point has been slightly amended. Reduced pitch sizes and amended footpath material.
