Description

T1 Laburnum - Need to remove tree in my front garden which is partially fallen (grows initially along the ground rather than vertically). The tree does not fully flower and is not thriving. I will review and potentially plant a smaller tree.In addition I would like to prune or remove a smaller mahonia tree next to and tangled up with the laburnum. I think this will be ok to work on looking at the rules as the trunk is quite small however I wanted to check.The holly on the corner of the plot will remain
