T1 Sycamore - One of the top three branches has snapped off. The remaining 2 branches are very week and are moving in the slightest of winds. The tree is in close proximity to the rear of the houses on St Peters Mount (see plan)The proposal is to reduce the height of the tree by approximately 3m back to the are where the 2 remaining branches spread out.
