T1 Rowan - Repollard to previous pollard points reducing the tree from 9 meters to 3.5 meters approximately. The tree has been pollarded previously and the applicant would like to carry it out again as the tree is growing through the telephone wires.T2 Cotoneaster - Remove to ground level. The applicant would like to remove the tree as it is also growing through 3 low hanging telephone wires and regrows very quickly if reduced.
