T1 Pyracantha - Prune back growth encroaching over the pavement to align with the boundary wall.T2 Rowan - We are submitting two options for consideration: Option 1: Re-pollard the tree to its previous pollarding points, approximately 3 metres in height. Additionally, remove the dead limb located on the house-facing side.Option 2 (conditional): If, upon removal of the dead limb, significant rot is found to have compromised the main stem, we propose full removal of the tree and replacement with a new Rowan, approximately 1.5 metres in height.
