Description

T160 Horse Chestnut - We have had the tree inspected and have been advised that the tree is dying/ dead. It now has the fungus Flammulina which is evident most of the way up the trunk of the tree. It also has split/ damaged bark. We would like permission to fell the tree as a matter of urgency as we have several large branches breaking off.
