Alterations including replacement of existing shop fronts and signage with anti bandit glass and traditional painted timber window frames and hand-painted signage; replacement of existing external solid metal roller shutters with internal automated brick-lattice type security shutters; two windows and one roof window will be replaced (like for like); new timber fascias to dormer windows and first floor window surrounds; repair and repointing of brick and stonework - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 23/06141/FU - 1. Minor amendments to the shopfront joinery details to include;a. double-glazed units instead of single glazed (for thermal efficiency/sustainability and building regulations compliance).b. additional moulding details have been added to timber sections which were formerly square-edged (as requested by the Conservation Officer 13.12.23)c. reduction in the size and projection of the cill between stall risers and shopfront glazing (as requested by the Conservation Officer 13.12.23)d. concealed LED lighting within the timber cornice above the signage (submitted as part of the separate consent to advertise applications)2. Omitting the proposed repointing of the South and East Elevations (as agreed with the Conservation Officer at a site meeting 31.07.24)3. Omitting the full replacement of the existing timber surrounds to windows W1.2 and W1.4 and instead, only replacing those individual sections of timber which are not capable of repair, and retaining the existing timber surrounds where the timber is serviceable and repairing, and preparing to receive a paint finish.4. Amending the window (shopfront) on the South elevation to have clear glass (as opposed to applied black vinyl film) and advertisement images to be fixed internally, to the rear face of the display unit.
