Description

Removal of all combustible materials within the cladding build up which includes replacement of existing brick and block and installation of new render, rain screen cladding and timber NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 23/05037/FU 1. The build up in the cladding zone to the upper two stories has seen a nominal increase from 210mm to 300mm, with associated sills. 2. Colour change to sills over increased thickness of insulated render: RAL90103. Colour to the metal sections replacing the combustible timber to stair cores facing the internal courtyard. This is RAL 8028 Terra Brown to match existing timber.
