Four detached houses - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 19/00747/FU- To amend the planting scheme to include the following: - 1: The well established holly tree (not on the plan of the current report) and the retained tree (both of which are subject to the TPO) will remain in situ. 2: The well established holly tree is not required to be removed in order to plant a new holly tree as its replacement. 3: The amended planting scheme would therefore consist of the well-established holly, two silver birch, and the retained existing tree. Following the amended works, the same trees will be in situ as per the Report but in a different order on site.4: The amended planting scheme would be implemented at the earliest opportunity between October and March, in accordance with the planting scheme recommendations.
