Single storey rear extension; new rear terrace with glass balustrade; raise of ridge height with installation of solar roof; new entrance doors and removal of window to front; new windows to side and glazing to windows; replace existing render and timber cladding with stone - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 24/00771/FU - The amendments include:- Removal of the pool- Descope of basement extension / alterations - Addition and removal of corten / stone slip panels All proposed materials remain the same as the previously approved application including the stone slips to match the existing random stone found on the house currently. All windows to the ground floor will match the existing openings as per the previous application. The basement extension has been reduced from 13.3m x 3m to 2.5m x 3m to form a gym only allowing us to retain existing planters and external steps. The extension will still follow the existing Southern elevation building line and will not protrude into the garden.
