Removal of all combustible materials within the cladding build up which includes replacement of existing brick and block and installation of new render, rain screen cladding and timber NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 23/05037/FU Previous proposal was for replacement steel sections to stair cores on drawing 3752-DR-354 elevations 5.0 & 7.0. Revised proposal will see the timber slats to these elevations replaced with metal (non-steel) sections.Revised proposals will see nominal increase to render thickness (to achieve enhanced u-value performance) and associated reveals.
