Variation of condition 46 (maximum volume of non-hazardous waste) of previously approved planning applicaiton 11/03705/FU to increase the maximum volume of non-hazardous waste to 410,100T in any calendar year - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 19/03535/FU - Changes made in the design development of the Skelton Grange EfW facility. Changes; increase the operational safety of the EfW facility, changes to the operabiility requirements and process needs of the facility, and improvements in landscaping.
