Part two storey part single storey side/rear extension incorporating canopy to front; demolition of existing garage MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 23/01195/FU Due to making the wall between the garden store to the utility room/downstairs toilet not have door/exit to the garden store we need to have an exit from the extension. Due to being unable to have a door at the rear of the extension means we would have to have the external door placed on the side of the house. This would be removing the 2 windows that were on the original drawings and having one door from the utility room.
