Description

T1 Large crack willow in land adjacent to Plot 87, Elysian Fields and 4 Beech CloseOne of the stems has failed, leaving a large tear out wound which extends down the stem to approx. 8m above ground level. Decay is present within the existing union where remaining stem arises from, indicating further potential structural weakness. Canopy from the tree is also currently overhanging into adjacent garden of Plot 87.Proposed works are to reduce the willow tree down to approx.8m, below the tear out wound leaving the stem standing which can then be maintained through management as a pollard.
