T1 Oak - To Fell. This is a young one sided tree of low individual amenity value. The reason for the proposed removal is shading caused to a garden seating area. If the overhanging branches where to be pruned back to the boundary this would effectively leave a high Pollard which is why felling is proposed. The proposed replacement tree would be 1 x Heavy Standard Sorbus Acuparia planted in the area marked on the plan.
