Description

T1 contorted willow (Salix matsudana) - Remove.This tree is over large for the constricted site and overshadows the rear yard areas of 8 and 9 Woodbine Terrace.T2 cotoneaster - Remove.This tree is over large and very close to the fronts of 8 and 9 Woodbine Terrace, blocking light and outlook. It has had sections of trunk removed in the past. It has been allowed to grow unchecked and appears to have dislodged some of the front entrance steps to no. 9 which is grade II listed. T3 Sycamore - . Lightly prune lowest of mature sycamore boughs to increase light beneath to assist existing trees and shrubs, including young pseudo acacia. These works will be minimal and restricted to the width of that portion of the communal garden at Woodbine Terrace owned by no. 9.
