Cut back the trees and shrubs overhanging the dwelling Eltonhurst located on St Marys Road, smaller trees and shrubs to cut back to the boundary line and cut back the larger trees to clear the property by approximately 3 metres. Crown lift all trees within the car parks to achieve a 5m clearance from ground level and cut back to clear any structures by 2m.
