1) All trees identified in the attached tree hazard assessment report from Tree Care Consultancy.2) Extra recommended works:T1341 Austrian pine - Crown reduce by 2-3m & prune back overhang on neighbour's side by 2m in order to reduce the sail area of the wind. We believe slight lateral and height reduction will benefit the specimen from rubbing the neighbouring tree.T1396 Group containing sycamores - Remove 3 sycamores out of 5. The three sycamores situated from end of the leylandii hedge to the corner of the property. We wish to replant 2 Betula pendula as part of a long term stage removal of the 5 sycamore trees as referenced.
