Please read Tree Officer's reportAlong the rear of the store as indicated on the attached plan marked in red. There is approximately 90Lm of shrubs, hedges and self set trees along the rear of the store that are encroaching the pavement and road. The store has received notification from the local Environmental Enforcement officer to cut back the shrubs. Contract Management attended site and agreed suitable course of action was to cut shrubs down to ground level.To cut all the vegetation along the rear of the store down to ground level, this includes all the hedges, self-seeded trees and Buddleia. The cherry tree will be retained in situ.
