The planning approved drawings have been varied to incorporate a second stair within each tower with minimal alterations to the proposed external appearance. Cycle store amended to reflect reduced bed number and incorporate additional plant area.Block B (PBSA 32-storey tower)Previous 631 beds, now 621 beds.? Second stair extended from level 2nd floor upwards to enable two means of escape from the tower.? Upper terrace areas for maintenance access only therefore floor to floor at these levels reduced.Block C (BtR 25-storey tower)Apartments numbers retained at 348 units.? Second stair added to main core, additional lift added and cores reconfigured. Only minor external amendments to the facade.?
