Replacing and reconstructing this bridge deck structure will require a larger demolition area than was approved at this location under the Permission. As a result, a Non-Material Amendment is now being sought to update the demolition details which were attached to the Permission under Condition 2, as attached to the decision notice for the Consented Scheme.
