External Wall insulation to the external face of the walls of the three towers, extend the existing entrance area, refurbish the communal ground floor area, and replace the roof to all three buildings. - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 21/08150/FU - 1 - Size of proposed signage on main facade to be reduced, position altered and owl crest to be removed. Signage to be brushed stainless steel.2 - Addition of white coloured powder coated aluminium anti perch under-cills to windows. The depth of the cills is deeper than what was indicated on the original application.3 - Ground floor columns to receive EWI with grey coloured render finish.4 - Brick slips finish to EWI below DPC to all facades except recesses where the below DPC finish is to be render.5 - Omission of the proposed entrance canopies and signage to the recessed facades. Main entrance canopy and signage to remain.
