Part demolition of the existing buildings, a change of use to and the construction of an Apart-Hotel (C1), leisure (A4) and commercial uses (B1) - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 21/09639/FU which varied permissions 19/06325/FU and 20/04954/FU - The principal changes are:To remove the glazed atrium over the courtyard and incorporate a second stair core.To include an additional Apt. to the third floor of the 'new' West wing, including additional 'Juliet' balcony for light/ventilation and the removal of a plant access door at street level, all to the Cross Park Street Elevation.To include 2x additional fourth floor windows to the south elevation of the 'new' West wing.Internal Apt. layouts have been revised accordingly, whilst fenestration remains as before with the exception(s) noted above.To add a small plant structure to the roof of the new west wing.
