Two storey side extension and part two part single storey rear extension; new dropped kerb access to front 21/06578/FU NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 23/00538/NCP3 Approved application for 2 Upper Carr Lane under 21/06578/FUWe are submitted a Non material amendment to change condition 2 of our existing application, we are proposing to maintain the current location of the driveway which faces onto Woodhall Road rather than the approved plans to change the driveway location to Upper Carr Lane. As part of this work it makes sense to maintain the existing orientation of the front door facing on Woodhall Road (please refer to attached proposed plans) and to add a set of French Doors out onto the patio now it is not going to be a driveway. We have also added a small gap in the wall for a gate that will lead to the front door for post access etc. These are all highlighted in red on the proposed plan drawing.
