Redevelopment of former halls of residence site comprising 4 storey residential care home, 3 blocks of 54 flats, 2 blocks of 14 townhouses, conversion of stables to detached house, with landscaping and public open space NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 11/03234 We are seeking to vary the wording of condition 05 to the following:"No building works shall take place on Blocks K and M shown on the approved plans until details and samples of all external windows and doors materials have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Such materials shall be made available on site prior to the commencement of their use, for the inspection of the Local Planning Authority who shall be notified in writing of their availability. Details and samples of all external windows and doors materials for Block I shown on the approved plans shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be made available on site during the course of construction of Block I. The building works shall be constructed from the materials thereby approved.'
