Alterations to existing driving range, re-designed practice area, new 6-hole junior academy, course modifications to holes 26 and 27 of existing course, and associated landscape and biodiversity enhancement works - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 21/00444/FU - Condition 17 - Amendment to the Soils Management Strategy Reference. Condition 17 to be re-worded as follows: Any soil or soil forming materials brought to site for use in garden areas, soft landscaping, public open space or for filling and level raising shall be tested for contamination and suitability for use. The methodology for testing these soils shall be as defined in the approved Soil Management Strategy (v2 March 2023).
