Description

Change of use from six bedroom HMO to eight bedroom HMO with internal and external alterations including extending the existing front lightwell and two new windows to both sides and stairs and new door to the rear - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 21/01316/FU - 1. In order to provide new bedroom accommodation with improved light and ambiance, the existing living room which is at the front of the house with a large bay window will be a new en-suite bedroom, as opposed to converting the basement rear room for this purpose.2.
