Description

New 3G pitch and tennis courts, and associated fencing up to 4.5m high - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENTS TO 22/01376/FU - Proposed amendments as follows: Amendment to access ramp to the tennis courts. The new design provides an improved accessible route to the courts; increase of the size of the 3G pitch from 8,332 m2 to 9,140m2 to allow to accommodate goalposts equipment storage and appropriate run-off area; and changes to removal / retention of 4 trees. In more detail, the amended design requires removal of 1 category B tree from G7 and 1 category B tree from G9 that were mark as retained under the original scheme. However the proposed amendments will allow to retain two category B trees from G9 that the approved scheme sought to remove. The trees affected by the changes are all B category trees and have the same estimated remaining contribution (ERC) of 30+ years.
