Handrails are set-back from the parapet and will have negligible impact on the visual appearance & mass of the building. - Glazed screen at roof, height altered to provide enhanced fall protection for users of roof terraces, and ease of access for fa??ade cleaning.- Additional spandrels to cover roof build-up.- Fixed louvre in water tank room replaced with louvred door, required to comply with fire escape distances.- Double door altered to single door to assist escape functionality.- Plant screen/fall protection: final coordinated detailed design shown.- Aluminium cladding replaced with stone cladding to match primary fa??ade, originally designed as stone, updating drawing colour error.- Minor alteration to roof maintenance access door and associated fa??ade. Door sizes altered to suit plant replacement requirements. - Stair from gym fire escape door shown.- Sliding doors to replace the originally indicated side hung swing doors.- Louvred/solid door replaced with glazed door featuring obscure glazing, to provide natural light into the storeroom.- Roof terrace plant room door location and size altered, to suit equipment installation/replacement and fire escape provisions.
